COOK TEMP: 350°F
2 1/2 C dry rotini noodles
25 oz frozen meatballs
6 T butter
1/2 C flour
4 C beef broth
1 1/2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 C half and half
1 T parsley
Preheat oven to 350F.
Bake frozen meatballs for about 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook pasta al dente according to package directions. Drain.
FOR THE SAUCE: Melt butter in large saucepan.
Stir in flour. Cook for 2 minutes.
Slowly whisk in beef broth, Worcestershire, and seasonings.
Stir until simmering.
Add cream and parsley. Cook 10-15 minutes on medium, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Add pasta to the bottom of 9X13 pan. Add meatballs. Pour sauce over the top.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
