2 12 oz Kielbasa sausage; cut into 1/2" slices
12 oz green beans
12 oz baby carrots
1 C chicken broth
1 1/2 lbs baby red potatoes; diced
salt
garlic powder
onion powder
ground black pepper
1 C red onion; chopped
1 C bacon bits; optional
Add chicken broth and potatoes to slow cooker.
Season to liking with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
Add chopped onion, bacon bits, green beans, carrots, and Kielbasa.
Mix well so that all ingredients are coated in broth.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours OR low for 6 hours.
