1 1/2 lb chicken breast
1 s garlic powder
1 t onion powder
1/2 t pepper
1/2 t salt
2 C chicken broth
1 C grated parmesan cheese
8 oz cream cheese; cubed & softened
1 T garlic; minced
12 oz rotini pasta *
1/2 C heavy whipping cream
Place chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken broth, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and minced garlic over the chicken.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours; until chicken is cooked through and tender.
Shred the chicken using two fork. Stir to combine the sauce.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Add cooked pasta to slow cooker.
Pour in heavy whipping cream. Stir until pasta is well coated and creamy.
Top with extra parmesan cheese; if desired.
