12 oz bag frozen peas/carrots mix
1 large can cream of chicken soup
Nature's Seasoning (or seasoning salt of your choice)
biscuits or toast
Combine chicken, vegetables, and soup in slow cooker.
Cook on low for 4 or more hours; stirring occasionally.
Season to taste.
Pour over biscuits or toast.
