COOK TIME: 25 minutes | COOK TEMP: 375ºF
1 1/2 C sugar
1 C plain creek yogurt
1/2 C butter; softened
2 eggs
3-4 ripe bananas; mashed
2 t vanilla
2 C flour
1 t baking soda
3/4 t salt
Optional brown butter glaze:
1/2 t vanilla
1 T milk
1/2 stick butter
2 C powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 375; grease 9x13 pan
In large bowl; cream together sugar and butter
Beat in yogurt and eggs; then bananas and vanilla
Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix until just moistened
Spread evenly into prepared pan
Bake 23-28 minutes; until toothpick in center comes out clean
Flock to the table and enjoy! 🦩
For glaze (optional):
Heat butter over medium heat to very low boil and delicate brown color; watch carefully
Remove from heat
Whisk in powdered sugar, vanilla and milk until smooth
Pour over warm bars
